WHAT ARE THE TRANSPORT OPTIONS?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Amsterdam, to any location in the world.
Our partner for the safe transport of all MAG photographs within The Netherlands is Business Variety Services. BVS is a professional carrier service for over 25 years and is characterised by its efficiency and quality. International transports are taken care of by our trusted shipping partner Alpi Netherlands.
We offer 2 standard transport options for delivery:
- Pick up from our gallery in Amsterdam: free of charge € 0,00
- Delivery by art carrier (national or international): costs to be defined (post-calculation).
In case you wish your photograph to be delivered, we will first find out the options and costs for you and send this through for approval. Only after your written approval on the quotation, we will proceed with making an appointment and plan the delivery for you.
We kindly request you to inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt, before signing the delivery confirmation from the art carrier.

WHAT IS THE APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME?
Our photolab develops most works as from the moment an order has been confirmed and sent through from the MAG website. No actual stock is available accordingly and the delivery time therefor usually ranges between 21 and 28 days.
If you need your work more urgently, we kindly ask you to contact us after placing your order. We can always find out if your photograph could be more rapidly available, for instance from one of our exposition partners or as returned work from exhibitions.
IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT POSSIBLE?
Yes. Our trusted art carrier Alpi Netherlands can arrange for your photograph to be shipped safely to any location worldwide.
When filling in your (international) delivery address at the checkout pages, the request for an international delivery is selected autmatically and you will be contacted by us by email for further assistance and quotation.
After your approval on the quotation, the actual delivery can be planned and a confirmation will be sent.
IS INSTALLATION INCLUDED?
No. In case you wish to have an art handler taking care of the installation on your wall, please inform us by means of the "special request form" at the checkout pages, or by sending us a seperate email: email@example.com.
We would be happy to assist in selecting the optimum service and discuss complementary costs.
